There are few side effects connected with Propecia, and they occur in less than 2% of men who use the medication. These side effects are a decreased interest in sex, difficult achieving or maintaining an erection, and a decrease in the amount of semen. All of these side effects went away when Propecia was no longer being used. Propecia Warnings? Propecia is only to be used by men. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not touch Propecia tablets that are crushed or broken. The tablets are coated to prevent contact with the active ingredient, but women who are pregnant with a boy and who absorb any of the active ingredients through their skin or mouth are at risk to deliver a baby with abnormal genitals. If a pregnant woman is exposed to Propecia, talk to your doctor. Propecia Drug Interactions? If you take Propecia, you may notice some changes in sexual function.
